Leadership Changes at Venable
February 13, 2012 | 5:44 PM
Karl Racine, who has been managing partner for the past six years at Venable, is returning to the firm's litigation practice and partners Lindsay Meyer and Bob Waldman are assuming co-managing partner positions. Brian Schwalb is also moving up to the vice chair position.
Schwalb, a civil litigator, and Meyer, the head of Venable's international trade practice, are based in the D.C. office; Waldman, who has led the firm's business division, is based in Baltimore. Racine is returning to the firm's white collar and commercial litigation practice.

Correction: An earlier version of this post incorrectly reported that Racine was leaving Venable. The Alley regrets the error.
