Dyck Named SVP at APCO

APCO Worldwide has tapped Paul Dyck to be a senior vice president in its government relations practice. Dyck, who had been working as a senior counselor for APCO, is a former deputy assistant secretary for Europe and Eurasia at the Commerce Department and a senior advisor to then-Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice. He was also an associate White House political director.
